Feedback is invited once the delivery week has been eaten — by a private link, not a pop-up. Nobody is asked about food they have not tried yet.
A customer ticks a box to allow their words on the site. Without that tick the feedback stays between them and the chef, however glowing.
We quote what was written; we do not rewrite it. Attribution is a first name — never a full name, photo or location.
There is no discount for reviewing and no screening step. A poor rating goes straight to the chef so the next week can be fixed.
The weekly meals have ended. Petros now cooks buffets, finger food, children's parties and private dinners around Paphos.
